A Pacific Heights home required the addition of a new playroom, TV room, entertainment area, guest room, bathroom, and laundry room on the lower level floor. Soledad Alzaga Interior Design redesigned and remodeled the space, incorporating a pool table and bespoke built-in furniture in the guest room. We sourced a custom wallpaper mural and coffee tables from Europe.  The exterior needed a refresh, with new poured cement stairs, Moroccan hand-painted tiles in the landing, and new lighting fixture. The gate and banister were custom-made of iron by a local artisan, adding a modern touch to the overall design.
